Returns and Exchanges Information

We offer a 30 day returns and exchanges policy on all full-price purchases. Returned items are eligible for store-credits or exchanges, however we do not offer cash refunds, unless the item you have received is faulty. All items, including those purchased with a discount code can also be returned under the conditions above. Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a return of any kind, including a store credit or gift card.  Gift cards are non-refundable. Exchange requests that are out of stock will be issued as a store-credit or added to the pre-order list if the product is being restocked. 

Returns Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached, with no signs of residue such as make up or deodorant. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your item will be returned back to you at an additional charge. Please ensure your parcel is properly closed, with the label stuck on firmly. 

Return Fees

Postage fees paid at the time of original purchase are not eligible for a refund or store credit, and will be deducted from the original purchase amount, meaning the amount you receive back will minus the postage cost that was paid at the time of the original purchase. 

How To Process Your Return

To arrange a return, please email inquiries@loopathletica.com.au with your name and order number within the subject line and whether you wish to receive a store credit or exchange within the body of the text. We will then send back a returns label for the items to be sent back to us. 

We aim to process all returns within 1-3 business days after receiving your items.

Faulty Items

Cash refunds will only be offered if the item received is fault. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email inquiries@loopathletica.com.au with your name and order number in the subject line and description and images of the fault within the body of the email. Our team will work to resolve this issue with the highest priority.
