How do I change my order?

If you need to make amendments to your order, please email inquiries@loopathletica.com.au with your order number as the subject title and the changes you wish to be made. We will endeavour to make the desired amendments to your order however if your order has already been dispatched, your order is now subject to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

How do I make a return?

I can't decide what size to buy, do you recommend sizing up or down if you are in between?

Due to our fabric being extremely stretchy, we would always recommending sizing down for women.

Our mens sizing guide can be seen here. We recommend sizing down for a tighter, more fitted look, but recommend sizing up for a more comfortable feel.

For more information please refer to our Sizing Guides here. Any of our items can be exchanged for different sizes if the wrong size is purchased.

I placed an order but never received an order confirmation. What can I do now?

Please ensure you check your spam and junk inbox for an order confirmation from us. If you have not received this, please email inquiries@loopathletica.com.au with your name and order number within the subject line so we can provide you with further assistance.

When will I receive my store credit?

We aim to process returns within 1-3 business days, your store credit will be sent via email as a code that can be entered at checkout. Store credits will be valid for 2 years for the date of issue. If after this time, you have not received an email with this information, please email us at inquiries@loopathletica.com.au so we can look into the issue further.
